As a man who has Hiv/Aids i wonder is it really honourable to PLWA's that our names are presently being track within all 50 states. How do you surface about this?AIDS tracking contained by al 50 states?

you never hear about the doctors and nurse who passed hiv on contained by the late 1980's.
