Are push-ups undisruptive for heart patients?

Are push-ups undisruptive for heart patients?
For me - No. I'm limited to 10 lbs lifting. Heavy strain cause the heart rate to jump almost without beating about the bush.
It depends upon the heart condition. You should ask your doctor before starting any exercise program. But push-ups can explanation you to hold your breath and bear down resembling youre going to the bathroom. This can cause the heart to slow down through what is call a vagal response. If you have any charitable of a heart condition where heart rate or pressures are a concern, later it's probably not a good hypothesis.
