Are cancerous moles supposd to be raise and touch abnormal?
Unfortunately, cancerous moles can do many things. Raised, clearly. Feel weird? Hmm... Sometimes.
That is a sign that they are cancerous; generate an appointment with a dermatologist ASAP plz!
Cancerous lesion aren't always raise -- they're usually inconsistent in color, asymmetrically shaped, and own funky borders.
Not all moles that are raise are cancerous.
Cancerous moles will have a unbalanced edge around it and blue or purplish surrounded by color and bleeds or scales alot.

when in doubt, enjoy a doctor check it out.
Basically, if your mole is bigger than the width of a pencil eraser, or it have an unusual texture or color, it's good to check it out. Bleeding is also a doomed to failure sign.
