when reading the label, what should i look for?
gratefulnessAre near pre-made snacks and foods for diabetes that i can find at the store?
Look for low carbohydrate counts, and then for low sugar. The lower carb count is the most momentous, since it is carbs that control your glucose readings.
You can product good snacks & foods at home, too. Just watch out of the carbs. You need some carbs, as expected, but don't overdo. I try to limit mine to 45 to 60 mgs for a banquet (for a female) and 15 - 30 mgs for a snack.
There are many snacks and foods and food drinks are comming contained by the markets.Like sugar free biscuits, bread and even sweets. you should check on the lable whether it is sugar free or round free.Or you can go to the doctors so that they can suggest exclusively for diabetic foods.
