Are these symptoms of heart attack os some disease?

Hi, I am 26 year old, full fit, suddenly today I have pain surrounded by my chest while having tea surrounded by evening and it is still there til 11 within night..i go for a walk as usual and m have lot of sweat and still pain within chest and uneasiness..what is thisAre these symptoms of heart attack os some disease?

Might be your nerves, could also be heart related. See a cardiologist asap to formulate sure it's nothing serious.
Because the dull pain is continuing, and because it's accompanied by sweating and an uneasy emotion, you should get yourself to an emergency room, in a jiffy.
Have someone drive you, if possible.

hi in heartattack its not singular a chestpain there is some more symtoms similar to pain surrounded by left arm, cough ,vometing, hand and lips blue ,sweating mayb u might enjoy a gas its good u hoof it but i will suggest u to go n check ur doc
