Are near any other procedures similar to cauterization?

All my life I've have chronic and severe nosebleeds that have last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours of straight gushing and almost had to be in motion to the hospital. So, about a year or two ago, I finally go to see a ears, nose, and throat specialist. Turns out that I hold way too abundant capillaries that are more or less to burst that the doctor said if I were to acquire all of them cauterized, I wouldn't hold a nose anymore. That method, even if I get sector of it cauterized, I'll still get nosebleeds for the rest of my energy probably. Are there any other procedures out here that will put a stop to my nosebleeds forever? I want to keep my proboscis!
People used to tell me that I would grow out of it but I'm 23 very soon and still get them. I won't grow out of it because the doctor said it have to do with the route my nose is shaped.
Btw, I don't inevitability methods of how to prevent noseblees everyday such as nasal sprays, humidifiers, etc. because I know that already. I'm looking for actual medical proceduresAre near any other procedures similar to cauterization?
Just wait and live next to the nose bleeds for immediately. I think they will eventually slow down.
If your doctor doesn't own an answer then your likelihood are slim to finding it here. My only suggestion is to check beside a plastic surgeon.
