Acne problems?

i am a 17 year old boy.. i hold horrible acne. i don't like wash my face. its too much work is in that any ways to get rid of my acne another routeAcne problems?

You don't approaching to wash your frontage?? It's kinda necessary if you want to rid your obverse of acne.
Dirt isn't the only result in of acne...it's mainly hormonal but for honourable hygiene you should clean your frontage at least twice a sunshine. Just don't over-wash it.
Basically you have to purify your face,but acne colud be also due to dandruff and genes.Be long-suffering and keep your self verbs and this problem should be solved within 2-3 years.
