About scabies?

my brother has abundantly of scabies,how can i cure him?About scabies?
Needs to see doc for a cream that gets rid of them - adjectives the family will obligation to be treated as VERY contagious from touch the cream has to stir EVERYWHERE - no spot of skin to be untouched! clean adjectives bedding on hot wash - p.s everyone must be creamed on equal day so not to re infect someone
