Only if he has something (virus etc) and it penetrates into your system through mucous membrane or approachable cut, sore etc.
If his just permit it go on your stomache, no, you would not obtain anything.
Honestly, better to be extra safe and risk offending him than
live beside consequences of taking the risks.

powerfully, it depends. Did it get within your eye? Did it get surrounded by your mouth? Did it get within an open sore? Does he hold an std? If yes, then yes, although I wouldn't christen it an infection, i'd call it an std.
