6am in the morning of 1st of July
lol only just take it as the origination of the 1st July you wouldn't want to risk getting a fine & saying I thought it started subsequent on in the daylight, you could end up looking a bit silly.
100% agree near mr Bovis, it is indeed 6AM Sunday 1st July, that stops the arguments in pubs/clubs on the hours of darkness before.
