Best cat for someone allerigic?

i am allergic to cats, but am seriously considering getting one. are there any types that are smaller amount allergy-prone? and any suggestions on how to manage my allergies (i dont want to whip shots)Best cat for someone allerigic?
Hairless cats are not as hypoallergenic as once believed, so be careful surrounded by going that route. It is not really the hair we are allergic to, to some extent the saliva. And cats lick everything.
Living with a cat when you hold allergies can be horrible. There are some products like shampoos and so forth that give support to. However, if your allergy is even mildly moderate, they wont work very very well.
Supposedly siberian cats are hypo-allergenic:

And here is a link at the first scientifically proven hypoallergenic cat, but be ware, they cost several thousand:

you're looking for a purebred, try a Rex breed or Sphynx. Ask the breeder if you can spend a couple of hours around their cats to question paper your allergic reactions. Some family claim these cats are 'allergy-safe,'although opinions change
You're a glutton for punishment if you are allergic to cats but are thinking of getting one. Cat dander is the worse thing for populace with cat allergies. No type of cat is smaller amount allergy prone. Being around cats can really mess your breathing up. Use common sense!
im allergic to cats and i enjoy two!
[the short hair one really get me!]
i went to the allergist and he give me this great combo,
singular zertec and flonaise [probably not right spelling]
it works amazingly and i can pet my cats without my eyes puffing up! i love it!
