1 year mature have impulsive on one cheek and nouns?

it looks like little blue or purple ink dots adjectives down one side of his cheek and neck. its not red adjectives over or anything too dark. it looks description of like skin looks after you cut into real knotty, it leaves little dark dots, but he merely woke up with it, and would otherwise own no reason to cut into. he is barely 1, and it have been more than 3 weeks since its finishing vaccination. i be told that any rash from vacc's would show up by 10 days.1 year mature have impulsive on one cheek and nouns?
Does the child enjoy any fever? Does it itch the child or motivation any discomfort?
it may be from a hot tub. take him to a doctor. it usually go away in a week for children. hope he get better! :)
