Any superstitious remedies for colds within your ancestral?

Last night, I stupidly statyed outside within 1 degree C weather, and enjoy a bad cold presently that stops me pretty much from even breathing. Since I'm a guy, and I hate seeing the doctor, do any of you enjoy any home remedies I can try before cave in and requirement to see my G.P?

Lots of people within my (Asian) family give the impression of being to think that when you rub one's stern with a colossal spoon and Chinese oil, you will grain better. (because red appears after you rub it and that's supposed to be the 'bad'/cold that goes away, I individually think its your body's response to pain =p)
by the instrument: its hurts a lottt.
i reckon a nice hot bath rug up and own a couple of headache pills and rub vicks vapour rub on your chest and if you can stand it abit on the outer rim of your nostrils and afterwards you should be right if not progress get some cold and flu tablets from the chemist.

I've been getting ear tenderness since lst 6 months, and when i wake up i enjoy dry throat and nose blocked. also wen i come surrounded by contact with any quality of fragrance like deo's or after shave the earache and muzzle congestion aggravates.could any tell what this could be.I've be to doctors many times they dont appear to know any thing..Any Suggestions?
Allergies. Take allergy medication.
Have you be to an ENT? If so, find another one. My mother wnet through exactly the same point for over 5 years. Eventually, an ENT sent her to hospital for a complete sinus clear out, worked a treat and lasted just about 10 years before her symptoms reappear (just recently). And, as with you, doctors initially couldn't find a impose for her discomfort.

Any stroke experiences?

My granduncle survived a stroke and he is still alive, his memory is considerably well near the treatment he recieved. He can shuffle, but mostly uses a cane. My friend have a stroke, and passed on three years ago, when he was 23 years ripened.Any stroke experiences?
2 yrs. ago at the age of 37, I had a stroke. It artificial my whole right side and I be paralyzed for a short time.
Luckily, next to rehab & Lovenox shots I was competent to regain most of strength. I still have other side effects though...mostly mental sagacious but each sunshine gets better next to practice.

It adjectives depends on what kind of harmed was cause by the stroke. Some people recuperate completely some do not. etc.
my grandpa is just recovering fron a stroke...theyre unpromising. he uses a cane to and is on medication and have to go to the hospital alot for test and stuff like that

I merely did a Google search using knob word search "esophageal cancer survivor stories" and come up with multiple power websites. Try that. My grandmother went through this something like 2 years ago and some of these sites were exceedingly helpful contained by understanding what be ahead of her as a patient and what be ahead of the family as caregivers. Any solutions for sweaty palms?

rub your palms with your favorite anti perspirant approaching you use on your pits.
I had that really fruitless and the Dr. prescribed me something call Drysol. It's worked really ably, and it gave me no side effects, but it can lead to dry skin and other side effects. Good luck.
try iontophoresis which is available at the skin clinics. it is basically ratification a small amount of electrical current while your palms are soaked in a tray of marine. can control the dryness up to 2 weeks depend on your reponsiveness to the treatment. No total cure except througgh surgery which is rather complicated due to superior level of risk involved

try taking allergy meds. and stay away from the thing you are allergic to.
An otc decongestant (pseudoephedrine if you can seize it) and benadryl (diphenhydramine, also present in Tylenol PM) will facilitate. For the sore throat, try taking tylenol or ibuprofen.
